This is a monthly functional training program subscription focused on strength and mobility. You will pay monthly to receive a new program each month, where each program includes 2 workouts with 5 exercises for each session. Upon purchase you will receive this month’s program, and every consecutive month you are subscribed, we will email you a new program!
Exercises can be used for a strength focus or formulated as a HIIT workout. Made to be easy to use and accessible for everyone! No equipment required, but recommended for increased resistance. Regular household items can also be used instead of weights/resistance bands!
