Overhead tricep extensions

Alternatives -
  1. Attach the handle or rope to the cable machine in a low position.
  2. Pull the handle above your head and turn away from the cable machine. Your elbows should be bent behind your head in this position.
  3. Bring one foot slightly forward and remain with the other foot behind for a split stance.
  4. Breathe in and flex your core.
  5. Breathe out and push the handle or rope upwards, extending your arms until you are pointing towards the ceiling.
  6. Pause at the top.
  7. Breathe in and move your hands backwards by only bending your elbows as far back as you can for 2-4 seconds to get a deep stretch in your triceps.
