Tricep dips

Alternatives -
  1. Get up on the dip bars so that your arms are straight. Bend your knees if needed to not hit the floor during this exercise.
  2. You can also use a box or a bench and place your feet in front of you. The further out and straighter your legs, the more difficult the exercise will be.
  3. Flex your core.
  4. Breathe in and look downwards as you lower your body by bending your arms as deep as you can. (If it hurts it is likely that you are not used to this deep movement, and it is not dangerous for your shoulders as long as you don’t have any previous injuries or issues).
  5. Pause at the bottom and start looking upwards.
  6. Breathe out and push your body up to the starting position.
