Arsenal leg press

Alternatives -
  1. Lay down in the Arsenal machine.
  2. Place your feet on the foot platform.
  3. Unlock the safety mechanism (instructions varies depending on the machine).
  4. Get a firm grip on the handles for stability. Make sure your head is pressed to the headrest.
  5. Flex your core.
  6. Breathe in and bend your knees in a controlled motion for 2-4 seconds.
  7. Pause at  your deepest point.
  8. Extend your legs to the starting position (about 90-95% straight). Breathe out when you reach the halfway point.
