Alternatives -
  1. Adjust the backrest so that you can sit with your back against the backrest and the back of your knees are positioned right in front of the seat.
  2. Adjust the foot pad to be positioned just above your feet in front of your ankles.
  3. Make sure the foot pad is positioned far back (under the seat) to get a deep stretch in your quads.
  4. Grab the handles to ensure stability.
  5. Breathe in and flex your core.
  6. Breathe out and extend your legs until they are almost completely straight.
  7. Breathe in and bend your knees for 2-4 seconds back to the starting position.
