  1. Adjust the ankle pad so that it is positioned just above your heels when you lay down and you get a deep stretch in your hamstring.
  2. Lay down on the bench and grab the handles for stability.
  3. Breathe in and flex your core.
  4. Breathe out and curl your legs until they are at about 90 degrees.
  5. Breathe in and extend your legs for 2-4 seconds back to the starting position.
